thought I would post it for people to use for identifications purposes. It stunned its self flying into my garage window despite all the decals I have on them to help prevent window crashes
White-eye Vireo
Maybe Zosterops japonicus, Japanese White-Eye / Mejiro.
They commonly fly into windows here.

I hope your bird survived. :)
Are your decals no further than two inches apart? We now use the ABC bird tape vertically two inches apart. We did this when we learned our decals were not working. My husband wants to go so far as to get Collidescape for our front window. I just have not settled on a design yet.

'Fraid not; note how the Japanese White-eye has a white ring outside the eye, while the White-eyed Vireo has a white iris inside the eye.

little bird was fine. Just stunned. Window clings are close on windows in front of house but not inside the garage. The Garage Door windows are close. Garage is not a big problem but the whole front of my house is big windows, french doors, and sliding glass doors. I also moved my feeders further away from the house. No more close up pics ;-(
