These 2 hawks have been harrassing my dachshunds when we let them out in the backyard. I'm worried they are going to try & kill them! These photos are w/ my cell phone so sorry they aren't very good.

Red-tailed Hawks.
They are just mobbing the dogs (which are potential predators), they wouldn't be able to do them any serious harm.
