Anyone know the name of this Epi?

Nashville, TN(Zone 6b)

I bought this several years ago at a wonderful nursery in Pasadena,Ca. They weren't sure of the name but said it may be Marseillaise, or maybe Hermosissimus. It has bloomed beautifully for years. I don't guess the name really matters but now would be fun to know.

Today I had several new blooms open and in the same basket with the original plant was this bloom. I have looked back at all my pictures of blooms over the years and never seen one like this. Small differences but a beautiful flower unlike anything else I have. Note the wider ruffled edges on the center petals.

I do have a smaller Pink one and a couple of larger creams. Could they have crossed over the years. Or is this just a different shape in the bloom. Several more blooms are about to open be interesting to see what they look like. This is the original hanging next to the smaller pink.

I believe it is 'Scarlet Macaw'. Here's mine.

Thank you for your response on the possible name of my Eppie. Your photo does look like the flower that bloomed this year. Does not look like the original plant flowers though.
I think I am supposed to call the new flower "Scarlet Macaw". I am including a photo of more of the plant and the stain glass Scarlet Macaw that hangs in the tree above the plant during the Summer. I had cropped it out on the first photos. LOL Should have left it in.

I know I am making a lot over the change in this flower, The top two are the way the flower has always looked The bottom two are "Some" of the flowers on the same plant. It still has the old flower blooming.

Could be environmental difference, or could be a hybrid reverting to one of it's parents. In any case, it's a beauty.

I agree with OC. I've seen changes in flower appearance on a plant from one season to the next. bob
