1 Box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 box Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 cup oil
4 eggs
8 oz 7-up
mix together and pour in 3 pans
Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 min.
Icing
1 can large crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs beated
1/4 cup flour
1 stick oleo
Cook in double broiler until thickens. Spread over the cooled cake layers.
Better if prepared a couple days in advanced. The longer it sits in the fridge the better it is.
