CLOSED: Willow Flycatcher?

I am wondering if we have this ID'ed correctly. It was perched on a branch above the nearby creek, but went down frequently for insects. I am glad that my husband was able to get this shot as it rested very little.

Could be . . . unfortunately, you really need a sound recording (or a DNA sample!) to get reliable idents on Empidonax flycatchers.
