After growing for 5 years, the Shell Ginger is finally starting to bloom...I planted this as a little plant in a gallon pot and some years the winter would kill to ground, then Spring it would come back and start all over...This winter was mild and it did not kill to ground, so it got even bigger and bigger...nooooowww.....yaaaayyy ....blooms!!!!
