I was cleaning my living room when I looked on the walls near the ceiling and saw FIVE! of these around the room... sorry for the blur, i thought the pic was clear before getting rid of them. The second photo was a larger one in my kitchen that I couldnt catch.. uhoh. They were pretty small, maybe.. 1/4 inch?

Can't be certain, but the overall configuration along with the dark 'feet' is consistent with it being a long-legged sac spider - http://nathistoc.bio.uci.edu/spiders/Cheiracanthium2b.jpg
