Getting P. aurantia to germinate

I just received P. aurantia seeds in the mail. The instructions say to "soak in orange juice until soft". I have also read to soak in milk. Am I looking to create a specific pH for germination?

You're trying to mimic the juices contained from the original fruit. I can't speak to p.aurantia but I have soaked quite a few for 48hrs in warm water and done fine. Then again, some never came up too. I have never heard of milk tho.
