These birds were photographed a few days ago at Inks Lake State Park in Texas. A map showing where the park is located is also included. The last one was the only glimpse I got and the photo is horrible, but I've seen miracle IDs here before, so here goes.

CLOSED: Black-throated Sparrow? Wren?
Yep..Black-throated Sparrow
Thanks OldNed! That's the first time I've seen the Black-throated Sparrow.

Ditto.
Nice idea on including the map!
Resin
Thank you, Resin. The map was easier than trying to explain. :)
Any idea on the other bird? The one in flight?
The inflight bird looks like a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
Old Ned, I just checked Sibley's and yes, it does! Thanks! And there were YB Sapsuckers in the area, but also Downy's and Ladderbacks, so I guess it could be one of them??
