I want to thank everyone for coming out today. Dave and I had a great time and are glad all got away before the rains set in. All my new plants are getting a good drink. Food was wonderful, company was excellent, and we can't wait for the fall RU. Dave counted baby goats to make sure all were present, LOL.
yea, I realized when I got home that there was no baby goat in my stash. Oh well, there is always next year! We had a wonderful time and yes, it rained hard on us all the way home to Houston. Thanks for hosting us Joy. No one would know you were two weeks post op. That must have been some goooood medicine! Thanks to everyone for the beautiful plants. I only asked for two things and came home with a car full. When we stopped at my house, Lynne said, "Where are you going to put those new plants?" I ask you, "Is that a fair question?" Not! It was great to meet the new folks and the husbands and SO's and to get to see familiar faces from before. Of course, I loved hugging on those baby goats. Cant wait for the next one to see what new y'all have done to the farm. So good to see you all!

I love your farm & will come anytime I'm asked. I just love the way when we think all is done, Joy says 'Well, come on back here!!!' & out comes the shovels & spades!!!
