Easy to Clean Feeders

I have found easy to clean hummingbird feeders, but want something for the seed eating birds. I was reminded yet again that even though I like the sturdiness and capacity of Stokes huge tube feeder, it is a pain in the backend to clean. Same with our hopper that has suet holders on both ends. It is so hard to get my hand or even a handled scrub brush in there to really get them clean.

Here is one option I found, have any of you used this? It looks like it's made out of plastic. Is that going to last very long and will it hold up to strong winds.
