Hello farmers. it's good to be home again. The city is just too much! We left yesterday about 1pm for Portland, Or. the start of Hubby's trip to Romania. 24 hours later I was back home. Oh I wouldn't want to live there, I don't even like to visit. We did find a seafood restaurant and had a nice dinner, then went to a motel near the airport, watched the world series game and tried to sleep. At 4 we were up. There was a nice family chain type restaurant across the street to we had breakfast, then Hubby took the shuttle to the airport and I headed home to get out of town before the morning traffic rush. Fritz the dog went with us, he was fine on the trip over but not too happy on the way home, I think he was aware that his buddy was somewhere else. In two weeks we will repeat the process. Meanwhile I have plenty to do outside and I am going to take a day to go to Payette, Idaho and meet Ponditis (Lani) who posts here on the farm forum. That should be a fun day, we plan to go here and there to look at plants and critters and have lunch. Hope all of you had a nice day and remembered to count your blessings.
