Here it is already April, and the word
"drought" is being mentioned here & there...
The weatherpeeps tease us with false
predictions.
On Easter we cancelled the BBQ because
of dire predictions of all day long severe
Thubderboomers, and what did we get
here at the Rancho ?
Literally 2 minutes os spit !
But finally FINALLY during the nite we
got some rain worthy of calling itself RAIN !
Lasted several hours and was the GOOD
soaking rain we need.
But I fear it is toolate for the wildflowers to
give their full show.

I will have to look up where u are, but I notice truly dull Indian Paintbrush this year, wild indigo is startin a show and I saw some gorgeous little red flowers I need to get a pic of. Some places dont look so much dry as they do stressed. The wildflowers do act confused.
