I potted up two rooted cuttings-one Jutners Orange and one peaches and cream. Please tell me if I need to do anything special now. I used the tea tree oil water to spray them with and to water also. Does the peaches and cream have a variegated leaf? My white and double white cuttings rotted and so did the yellow. I have one more to pot up and it is a salmon pink. How much water and light do they need now?
I potted up two cuttings and
as much light as you can give them, easy on the water until they get bigger, especially peaches and cream.... brugman would say not to water until they start to wilt, when rooting hard to root ones.... if some rotted, i would do that until they grow some (don't water til they start to wilt).... but i am not an expert......
Arelene,
I think you have enough experience to say the least. Varigated plants typically grow slower and rot easier whether they are Brugmansia or xerophytes.
Brugman, if you don't answer in 30 minutes i try to run ahead of you.....truth is, though, things seem to be different when you get up north, i am used to my soil, and stuff like that...
