I watched this online yesterday and wondered about posting it here. I hope the idea catches on.

I lived in South Central 25 years ago. There were hidden pocket garden spots and even some renegade chickens. I find it hard to believe anyone "complained" about a sidewalk garden, unless perhaps it was growing into the sidewalk and someone was having trouble walking (or rolling) past?

Maybe the place has changed for the worse since then... which is sad because there wasn't much further down you could go!
