Same spot I saw a meadowlark last season - I'm sure this is a female, but I'm not sure what kind.

Probably Savannah Sparrow, but can't rule out Vesper Sparrow without better pics.

Savannah Sparrow in my opinion. Vesper would show bold eye ring, less extensive streaking, white outer tail feathers, and a pale color that wraps around auriculars (ear patch). Also, the sex is best determined by behavior (singing, territorial displays), not appearance.
