CLOSED: CLOSED: Araucana breed ID

Araucana breed? ID, please

I had a guy trying to tell me the difference between an Araucana (rounded-off rump?) and Americana (with a tail). I think this is closer to the Americana, as it was explained to me.

Anyway, the coloring is similar to the hen of Jungle Fowl - the original wild chicken.

Araucana from the UK and U.S. differ greatly. UK allows muffs as in Ameracauna I know for sure. Google Araucana and look at a site from your region. Here is one of mine in the U.S.

I have already spent time googling these fowl...that's why I've come onto this forum. It needs a more expert eye than mine to ID them.
