This is likely either carolina phlox or Salvia azura. Any ideas. It's popping up all over the bed where both these plants are.

This one is completely stumping me. It has angular leaves and looks like it might have toothed leaves when they mature. It is a light grayish green. It is coming up in mass in one bed so I am thinking I either planted it or it reseeded itself. Could be a weed but there are a lot of them.

Cheryl, I'd guess phlox for the first photo. No clue on the second one.

My phone takes bad pics, the color of number one does have that coppery hue that C. P. has when it first starts to grow. I dumped a bunch of old seeds in there, so many I can't rememer them all. Number 2 could be anything.

Oh, that last sentence gave me an idea. I bet its the poppies someone gave me last fall. I planted them back in November or something like that.

Glenna, are those the peony poppy seedlings you so kindly gave me?
