Sparrowhawk?

I saw this bird in Scotland, perched on a cliff, wasn't sure if its sparrowhawk or not.

Thanks Resin, I was fairly sure it was sparrowhawk but it was harrassing a raven and was about the same size, a sparrowhawk is smaller I think than the raven. I saw it making the fast dives they're noted for, it had marvellous skill at riding the air currents.
