Ghosts of Central RU Pasts

Arlington, TX

I am not certain what this says about the state of my garage but...I was looking behind some boxes and found a plastic square bucket full of what I think is llama poo from an RU about 2-3 years ago! If I take the plastic wrap off, will it unleash some plague?

I think it will be just fine, especially if you put it in your compost.

LOL. Had to laugh because I've done the same thing. Llama poop will compost just fine. For that matter, it's one of the two kinds of manure you can put directly on your beds. Even without hiding it in your garage for a couple of years.

It's just terrible what us country gardeners will find in our garage...and our first thought isn't to through it out but "hey is this still good?"

That was from Glenna the first year she joined us I bet. Great stuff. I added mine to my compost pile and spread a bit on the yard.

Lol, Dennis, I'm the same way about everything, not just llama poo!! Food, clothes, tires, coupons, credit cards, income tax I forgot to file.......

I had an hour or two yesterday and found myself looking at a mess in my potting/seed/storage area of the shop. I got busy and cleared off a lot of the clutter, semi-organized some seeds, and watered some cutting and volunteers I am babying. Felt good to get it done. Now if I can make my list for Round Up!

I feel the same way Sheila, too much to do, but i will get it done.
