Hello again! Can anyone advise me on when the best time to plant grass in my area? Is it too early now?

My son....landscape architect....thinks Sept. is the ideal time to plant. If you can't wait, I'd say early spring to take advantage of the moisture.....grass seed does best in cool temps.....I got a good catch on some I planted last Oct.
