Here is a photo of Begonia peltata nearing bloom stage. The unique thing about this begonia is that most of the year the leaves are relatives thin and paper like, but as it approaches bloom they become succulent and noticeably fuzzier. The blooms are quite large.

Your plant looks like B. peltata well before bloom stage, but I would say it certainly is peltata. Another plant often mistaken for it is B. kellermaniae and I often can't tell the difference except for the size. I had a B. kellermaniae that grew to 13' and peltata has never exceed 2 or 3 for me. And I love your alocasia, another love of mine. What variety is this one?
That would be A. 'Frydek'. Very easy and very prolific.
