Downloading seed tags?

Cant figure out why I cant open the seed tag portion of BHG. I can get the site but when I try to open the seed tag or really anything from that site, my puter just want let me. I can download it but when I try to open it I cant. I can save it but when I go to where I save it and try to open I cant. Have racked my brain and just cant figure it out. Can anyone help me here. Please. Sami
