Hi Helen ! So glad to hear from you. I was concerned with your whereabouts. Don't feel bad about missing my birthday. It's easy to do. We have been doing okay. Trying to watch our diets. It's no fun ! I'm sort of glad winter is coming to a close. I haven't been out by myself since early December. My wife has being going with me which is an added pleasure. Of course, we have only gone places where you can drive around through the refuge. And then we stop off somewhere nice for a late lunch, or early dinner. How did you make out with Hurricane Sandy and any other storms that battered New Jersey the past few months ? I hope you are doing well. This winter I got the snow shovel out and my son gave me a generator for Christmas. Both kept the bad snow away. I haven't use either. Of course we are still baby-sitting the one grandson. This will be our last year except for the summer months as he enters kindergarten full-time, next Fall. We have been doing it for 8 years. So much for retirement but I have enjoyed the grand kids.
