I agree with offsetting the holes. I did a strawberry eBucket two seasons ago. I did get strawberries, but it wasn't worth the trouble. Didn't do one last season...

But, I'm thinking I'd do it again, just because of how nice that tower looks. Much more attractive than a bucket!

Gc, If the sidewalls were made wider you could have more plants and the tower would be more stable. Fred

I would think that dries out pretty fast, too. A cute take on the plastic strawberry plants you see, though.

I just may do one and fill with tumbler tomatoes and let them drape down. I can let it grow in the gh untill the middle of July then move it out side.

very cute strawberry or flower box, but I am too cheap to pay $90 for a wood box.
Have to add this to the list of "honey dos" and ask hubby to make one:)
