CLOSED: Sharp-Shinned or Coopers Hawk?

I initially had this down as a Coopers Hawk, but looking again I decided maybe it could be a Sharp-Shinned, and now I'm not sure!

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Cooper's - outer tail feathers shorter than central ones; dark cap on head; large feet.
