Cream Chees Balls

Bay City, MI(Zone 6a)

meat substitute-vegitarian meat balls

8oz pack cream cheese
1C. chopped walnuts
1 Large onion-diced
2C.Ritz crackers-crumbled
3 Eggs
celery and garlic salts-pinches
1/2 stick of margerine
1 Can mushroom soup-dilluted
Mix first 6 ingredients together-forming balls(or patties)
brown them in the margerine over medium heat-turning to brown on all sides.
Put them in a baking dish and add the dilluted soup over top
Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes
