Purple cauliflower in flower arrangements?

Hi All,

I'm totally new here so hello! I am doing an upcoming event where I would really love to use purple cauliflower in my arrangements. The event has a cooking theme and so would like to feature fresh vegetables along with flowers. I am set on other options, but specifically am looking for ideas on incorporating purple cauliflower. A google search has turned up little inspiration.
