CLOSED: Small bird, Memphis, TN
Dark-eyed Juncos, slate-colored subspecies. Black'n'white ones are males, browner ones females.

Thank you, Resin! I spotted them at my friend's house. I've never had them at mine, so I'd never seen them before!
