I've been seeing this bird cruising over my neighborhood. A couple of years ago, we had a Cooper's Hawk in the area but we don't see birds like these very often in the city. There's nothing for size reference but this fellow (?) was quite large and its call was what I'd refer to as a screech. Is it possible to get an identification from this shot?
