I happen to have one of these that somehow got into a container of wine mallow, which I bought at Calloway's. With much research to figure out what this "tree" was I found the answer. NOW my question is, is it a perennial? I have just cut off a lot of the seed pods as I do not want any more spreading around, at least not in the area it is in now! Does anyone have any more info about this plant? It's an interesting conversation piece for sure!!!!! I don't have any photos of it at this time.
