I think the first one is a young white-crowned?
The last two are the same species maybe lark sparrows? All are in California.

Not sure what to make of #2-3, as they're juveniles, which are tricky. But they're not Lark Sparrow; that has obvious white outer tail feathers at all ages, whereas this one's tail is all-brown.
