Please identify this hand sized (same as an iPhone) Spider!

This was just in my friend's kitchen, & is the same size a a grown up's hand, or iPhone.
It is in Herfordshire, UK.

Perhaps a Giant House spider, Tegenaria atrica. I saw on a website where, in the UK, they're called Dust Spiders or Dustbunny Spiders. I don't see anywhere that says they are dangerous.
