is the slight fork in the Gray Kingbird's tail very obvious if you are looking at the bird through binoculars? i can't tell if there is a white-tipped tail or a forked tail, so Eastern Kingbird or Gray Kingbird?
i'm leaning towards the Gray because i can detect a slight "top-knot" and it seems to be a fairly large bird.
sorry for the poor quality photos. i think the first one is the clearest.
CLOSED: Kingbird id needed
Eastern - I can just make out the white tip to the tail.
Resin
