Is that the mother Esperanza bush???!!!

My little sprig is still alive, and putting out blooms! Just like mommy!

Looking forward to the Hempstead RU!

My neighbor's Rock Rose this morning. I gave this to her last year and it was a wee little thing. There's also a mealy blue sage plant that I gave her in there.

Yes, Linda, that's one of two esperanzas I have. Both are way above my head in height. If we have a freeze this winter it will freeze to the ground. Mulch well and it will come back from the roots quickly. If we dont have a freeze, it will probably be 8 feet next summer. Mine blooms repeatedly except in Feb/Mar. I have found them difficult to root from cuttings but I keep looking for the best way.

Steadycam3,
Mine is still in the original pot! I never transplanted it yet! I'm thinking of putting it into a large planter I can move with the sunshine in my yard. Will take a pic this weekend.

Do you have roots coming out the bottom? If so, bump it up to at least a gallon pot.
