spider lily culture

I read through the PlantsFiles on the spider lily but no one says anything about whether they like sun or shade, acid or alkaline nor fertilizer requirements.
I know these are not hard to grow but would love to know something, at least.

I did! Mostly it seems they can grow anywhere except a bog and it wouldn't hurt to add a little lime if the soil is really acid. I will also add some bone meal or Super Phosphates because our soil is low in phosphates here.
I ended up giving some away to my SIL and her daughter, explaining the concept of Naked Ladies which is always fun.
