can someone give me some information about the the pollination of the annona species?

The only one I am familiar with is Asminia Triloba (pawpaw), which is fly pollinated. I've heard that sometimes growers will stick a bit of rotten meat in the branches in order to encourage flies to make a visit. Most, if not all, pawpaws are self-incompatible.
The above is not true of many other Annonaceae, though -- are there specific ones in which you are interested?
