Saw the news reports- but I have been seeing the Ms Rvr shrink, it is something I notice since when the barges quit moving, the local farm trucks went to moving the product. Naturally our dear law enforcement govt crews were waiting to slap tickets and fines to the maximum on those folx who finally had a job become available, since those trucks didn't have the licensing and permits to cross state lines, and they wonder why American made products cost us so much more to buy...
