Long Range Winter Forecast for SC

Xeramtheum Summerville, SC(Zone 8a) Aug 04, 2012

I was just surfing NOAA's long range forecast for SC and the weather liars are calling for below normal temps and above normal precipitation - epic snow again ? The maps are for Jan, Feb, March.
