it has begun!!!.. Michele told me Costco has there decorations out... and dollar tree has those carvable pumpkins I loved last year on there website
http://www.dollartree.com/Carvable-Foam-Pumpkins-6-/p313738/index.pro
we used a hot knife for them .. or else they made a mess with just a exacto knife .. getting excited!!!!
AND THERE HAD BETTER BE NO SNOW THIS YEAR!!!!
:)
Halloween Decorations 2012
Wow - already?! Bigger and better this year??
but of course my dear man
:)
we didn't even put out the haunted garden stuff last year with that crazy snow.. bleeding heart fountain, and freaky flowers.. figured that fountain might be a good thing to block the tree stump.. bad news is.. no tree to hang our ghouls on
:(
thanks Sherrie... storage is Randy's deal.. hehehe
Nice deals! Looking forward to seeing it all.
ut oh.. I wound up Randy... he is cutting skulls to put on pvc with lights in them.. LOL
Allison, maybe those garden hooks will help with the ghouls. Just a thought.
we use some already... and they do help.. thanks!!!.. for the 10 foot + guys not sure what Randy is going to come up with.. but I am sure he will
Excited for you Allison but sad that it means the summer is over.
I saw fall and Halloween stuff today at Micheal's and thought of you and here you are posting about it ☺
I do think they are early this year.. usually back to school then.. halloween.. I am surprised.. but excited
wayyyyyyyy toooooooo early!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know for you guys it's good to do all the prep work though, but I can't believe stores have it in already
Looking forward to the spooky pics ahead. We saw the film The Ring last week and its starting to get us in the mood. Olympics look a little too happy in comparison.
yeah they are kind of happy
;)
Still, no broom riding events or speed haunting at the Olympics. I'm watching anyway.
Still waiting and lobbying for pole dancing as an official event.
LOL
Allison, are you going to replace the tree that was lost?
well the stump is still there... not paying to grind it down.. so anything going there will be quite a while from now.. and it was right under the power lines and really didn't make sense to be there.. so most likely not something that large anyway
Use Brush B Gone on it.
would that work on a 3 foot stump?.. and I would be worried about the dogwoods planted around it
Not sure - that's high. Cannot cut it lower??
Apparently, I am not the only one!

oh I meant 3 foot in diameter.. one side is 2 foot.. the other almost ground level.. a slope of course
Oh - then yes, it should work. Just keep applying it.
thanks!
I like the animated scarecrow halfway down the page. :)

Wow...scary looking....price is, too!
oh I like that one too... bad thing with that site.. most of those are not rated for outdoor use.. will say "indoor or covered porch" on the box
ooohh why did you have to show me those!!!!
