South Florida. Saw this Ipink bis today. Are they rare?

probably immature Scarlet Ibis. Resin will probably know for sure.
If it is I didn't know we had them in the wild in the States. May be Hurricane Zoo escapees
That, or a hybrid between Scarlet and White Ibises (they interbreed freely in zoos, and any zoo escape Scarlet would likely interbreed with wild Whites on meeting them).
