Hello everyone. Looking for some advice on how to proceed with the yard now that I have a hole the size of a convenience store in the middle of it. We are waiting for the installation of an above ground oval pool but I need some help with what to do with the sloping sides that will above the deck. What is a good ground cover that will grow fast? Perhaps something that is evergreen and what do you put under a deck? Plastic? Rock? Any input is always appreciated!
Pool project
For groundcover, pachysandra, if you like it. Grows fast and dense.
Vinca is a favorite...comes in different colors for flowers & foliage.....
But vinca is not that fast a grower. I like it too.
It's a slow starter, but does cover completely!
Thank you both for your replies and please pardon my bad manners. Last year was certainly crazy and unfortunately, I still have a big muddy hill in my yard. Things never go as planned sometimes. The pool is installed but the deck is a work in progress..I will have to live a very long to to complete all of my projects! ;~)
That's the same here......
