I'm fairly certain -but I've been wrong many times! :)
Eastern Phoebe?

Spotted at a large pond in a pasture, about 20 miles inland from Charleston, SC.

Eastern Kingbird - much more black-and-white rather than brownish, and with a white tip to the tail.
