Insect ID Please

I was trying to add mulch and he just kept buzzing me. Completely unafraid.

Robber Fly, there are a lot of different species. I have some that are bumble bee mimics, it's scary how much they look like them. However, most Robbers look like dragon flies, but Robbers have 2 wings, Dragon Flies have 4.
