Spotted this little guy/gal at the beginning of June in the Delaware Water Gap area of Pennsylvania.
I thumbed through my birds of North America book and couldn't figure out what it was. Asked a local bird watcher, but she was unable to identify it. About the size of a sparrow or slightly larger.
Is this a juvenile?
