I have been raising mealworms for a few years, though I still have to supplement with purchased worms. I would really like to have more control over egg laying times and worm production. I always seem to have worms, pupae, and beetles (kept separated) at the same time. Has anyone ever tried refrigerating the pupae in order to delay beetle production? Or if anyone knows of a better site for me to find info, I would appreciate it. I tried Sialis with no luck. Thanks so much!!
