Hi everyone, I'm new to brugs and was wondering how hard it is to grow them from seeds? For example, is a green house needed to get the seeds started? Thanks in advance for any info you can give me!

Brug seeds
tinkerbell,
Brugmansia seeds are generally very easy from seed. One has to remember that seed grown Brugmansia will not resemble their parents in most cases though. Seed grown Brugmansia are genetically unique and hence what you get is a surprise to a large extent. One can be sure of the seed parent only in most cases and not the pollen donor when dealing with seed companies. There are a few seed companies that will send out specific crosses if asked specifically if they have them. www.nativehabitat.com is one such place that has excellent seeds.
tinkerbelle,I live in NY and I have them started in the house.Once they germinate, just give them bright light.A greenhouse is nice but you can grow them in a sunny window.
Thanks for the information! It was very helpful!:o)
