HELP, please

I do not understand when I go to read a e-mail and scroll down to finish reading, then scroll back up all the words are gone, I can click on a different e-mail and go right back to the one I was reading and like magic there are the words again. This just started this a few min. ago, dont know if this has anything to do with it but, I have went to look at the seed enve. here and nothing is there it worked just fine the other day also when I click on a hyperlink just a blank page. ANY CLUES?
