Need help with my crepe myrtles,

I have 3 crepe myrtles planted in the same bed. 1 is doing great, the other 2 leaves are turning brown on edges and falling off. They have been in the ground for a year and appeared to be doing well until about a week ago.

Have you recently fertilized or applied something like Round Up in or near the area?
