This morning I planted two bananas, removed a windmill palm and replaced it with a Sabal palmetto, (both are small) , potted up 5 hibiscus and fertilized my veggies. Now Beryl needs to show up to water them.
Also, I do love a good storm!

Come on Beryl!
Sitting here in Saluda county waiting for Beryl rain too!!!!!
She just went past us without giving up more than a drop, she is a mean lady.
2" in my rain gauge this morning. Thanks, Beryl!
9 am our rain just began. Moved a windmill, an azalea and a hydrangea, redefined the outer edge of a bed, planted some blooming annuals and some herbs. And now the heavy watering will be a help!
so far we've gotten about 1.5". Don't know how much more we'll get. She's supposed to be gone by this afternoon.

2 inches in my gauge too!
8/10" here, Boo Hiss Beryl.
5:15 pm - On the radar the rain has moved north and east of us, and we have over 4 inches!
We got 1.3" here on the Stono. We need 11.3" to catch up to where we should be by this time of the year...
Missed us by 10 miles....track was from Batesburg to the lowcountry. We got nothing. :(
Maybe today - have a cold front moving through.
Cold front? Lordy Lou, not here!
Hot and humid. A friend is coming over to help my husband finish setting up our split a/c unit. It's a NEED right now. Last night was not fun!
